Our Fishing Tackle Division sponsors numerous sport fishing tournaments. We also hold fishing seminars, often attended by well-know outdoorsmen, designed to acquaint anglers with the latest techniques used in sport fishing.
Shimano provides neutral technical support al all major UCI events like the World Cycling Championships and the World Cup for mountain bikes. The company actively sponsors and provides technical support not only to well-known professional cycling teams such as Mapei and Panarina of Italy, and the U.S. Postal Service Team, but also to amateur teams regardless of the type of equipment they ride.
In Japan, Shimano is the driving force behind the Shimano Suzuka Road Race and the Shimano Mountain Bike Race, nationally known multi-day events attended by thousands of bicycle racers and cycling enthusiasts. You'll always find Shimano people ready to help at major cycling events.
